Made-to-order goods
Murals and wallpaper are printed to your measurements. Where the law allows it, made-to-order goods cannot be returned because you changed your mind.
Faulty or damaged goods
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing fault, write to us as soon as you notice it, with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please keep the packaging.
Wrong size
Please measure carefully before ordering. If you are unsure, send us your measurements before you pay and we will check them with you.
Samples
Samples let you check colour and texture on your own wall before ordering a full mural.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
